Last night celebrities, fashion industry gurus and other socially savvy insiders attended Evolve Motorcycles’ Launch Party at Milk Studios in downtown Manhattan.  Those in attendance included actor Adrien Grenier, model Coco Rocha, fashion designer Christian Siriano and One Management’s President Scott Lipps, to name a few.

Guests grooved to the beats of DJ Chelsea Leyland while sipping on signature cocktails in Milk’s Penthouse and most took advantage of the beautiful weather on the terrace, which featured Evolve’s Tron inspired motorcycle.  For those wanting to perpetually envision themselves riding in style, a photographer snapped photos of guests posing on one of Evolve’s motorcycles that could be printed and taken home as a souvenir.

Evolve’s motorcycles are the perfect accessory for anyone seeking inspired aesthetics, the latest in techno-gadgets and an eco-friendly ride.  Founded by Benjamin Plum, Mazdack Rassi and Lex Kendall, these electric motorcycles feature a lithium-ion battery (but don’t expect to be putting around as they can reach speeds up to 60mph).  And as if smartphone apps weren’t cool enough, these bikes come with their own free app which allow riders to “find one another’s real time locations, locate charging stations, share their photos, videos, updates and even call for emergency assistance”.  While you would think that these amazing features would make them among the most expensive motorcycles on the market, Evolve says they cost nearly half the price of other manufacturers.

Nearly an hour after the event was scheduled to end, Milk’s Penthouse was still packed.  I guess it’s no surprise that with some of the coolest bikes to hit the market, Evolve Motorcycles’ Launch Party would be nothing less than ultra-cool itself.
